I don’t know if I’m partially influenced by my working profession (I work in an IT cloud company), but I have always been a believer and fan of cloud services. Currently, I have Netflix, Spotify, iCloud, Wix, Squarespace and Office365. And I used to have Adobe Creative Cloud and Dropbox premium, but canceled since. I have always felt that by paying a relatively ‘small’ amount of $, I get to enjoy services premium services. And this month, I added Youtube Premium and Disneyplus to the list. I was actually shocked by myself at how long this list has become. At least I have the consolation that both Netflix and Spotify are kinda free for me, as I hold the CRO card.
For the 2 months, I have been trying to complete the RTI (Round The Island) cycling challenges. One round around Singapore is approximately 162 km. I have made 4 attempts since and the longest I managed to complete 71.4 km, almost but still less than half of an RTI. And all my 4 attempts ended with a whole body of sore pains lasting for a few days. I’m still shocked at how many people, across different age groups, managed to pull this off. For me, this is one challenge that I don’t think I will be able to complete any time soon, or if I will even be able to one day complete it at all.
