“God gives the hardest battles to the strongest soldiers”
Been a busy month and lots of things going on in my life. Have to start preparing for new changes in my life and I re-decorated my home, threw away many stuffs, and now, I’m taking 2 days of leave to have my home repainted.
Got the chance to meet up some friends over the weekend and gotten advise on how to improve my timing. from my friend David, who is a Rubik’s cube expert. My timing is currently at 80sec per solve, and I hope to first bring it within 60 sec.
I’ve also been working on my basketball shots. Since the start of 2019, not only have i not lost weight, i’ve gained 2kg! Desperately turning to my favorite sport (basketball), to cut some weight. I noticed it takes 4 days for me to recover from body aching after each game. Thus, as much as I can, spacing my exercise routine every 4 days.
